wine and regularly inspects their development in the cellars in Avize where the
bottles remain for four years, ensuring a wine of excellent balance and
exquisite quality. |
Tasting notes: Pale
golden color, crystal clear. Crisp floral acidity, delicate fruity bouquet,
fresh flavor, lively mousse. Very well balanced, with supreme Chardonnay
elegance. A interesting wine which matures well. Drink as an aperitif or pairs
well with shellfish and refined light dishes.
