Grand cru Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs villages of Avize,
Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Grand cru and Premier cru Pinot Noir grapes from
Bouzy and Ambonnay on the "Montagne de Reims". |

beautifully crafted, intricately flavoured Champagne is served in 42 embassies
around the world as well as in the best restaurants such as
"La Tour d'Argent"
in Paris and "Aubergine" in London. |
Tasting notes:
Fine, long lasting mousse. Full, harmonious, faultless colour. Fine bouquet,
hint of Pinot Noir, long-lasting aroma. Perfectly balanced, rounded flavour,
not aggressive. Clean fresh finish. A very elegant, delicate Champagne. Pairs
well with shellfish, grilled fish and sushi.
