Audoin de Dampierre himself supervises the blending of the wine and regularly
inspects their development in the cellars in Avize where the bottles remain for
four years, ensuring a wine of excellent balance and exquisite quality. A
personal favourite of Comte Audoin de Dampierre. |
Tasting notes:
Lovely finesse, silky smooth and refined. A touch of acidity, balanced by
natural sweetness. Excellent for present drinking, but will mature well in the
cellar. Drink as an aperitif or pairs well with fish, shellfish, and
desserts.
