Audoin de Dampierre himself supervises the blending of the wine and regularly
inspects their development in the cellars in Avize where the bottles remain for
four years, ensuring a wine of excellent balance and exquisite quality.

Tasting notes:
Copper salmon color. Well balanced mousse. Flavors of fresh fruit and herbs,
with a delicious touch of tartness. Solis character with homogenous flavour.
Drink as an aperitif or pairs well with fish, white meats, salads and
fowl.
