production: Founded in 1807 in a small village, Ludes on the Mountain of
Reims

Canard-Duchêne was founded in 1868 in Ludes, a small village in the
Montagne de Reims. By 1890 Canard-Duchêne had penetrated the closed
circle of the suppliers to the Court of Tsar Nicholas II, hence the two-headed
eagle, emblem of the Russian Imperial family. Canard-Duchêne is now owned
and run by Alain Thienot whose drive for excellence has given this
long-established Champagne house a new impetus.
Tasting notes: Authentic Green est un champagne
original, au style léger et gourmand, soutenu dans sa longueur par des
notes boisées qui restent discrètes. Il offre une belle
impression de fraîcheur contrastée par de la rondeur du
fruité et des arômes compotés. Authentic Green est
dédié à
l’apéritif.
Varietals:Authentic Green est
élaboré à partir d’un assemblage de 50 % de
Chardonnay, 40 % de Pinot Meunier et 10 % de Pinot noir (raisins issus de
l’agriculture biologique).

including the cost of delivery. Delivery is from only 2.72 euro per bottle when
purchasing 36 bottles. Our minimum order is now just 1 bottle (some special
offers require a minimum quantity) although you'll find it better value to
order more than one as the shipping cost for a case or for the 2nd and
subsequent cases becomes less expensive pro-rata the more you order. All stock
