production: Côte des Bar in south east of the Champagne region on the
border of Bourgogne

interest: Cuvée old vines, vintage 2004
Tasting notes: Color: Light yellow with intense
pearly reflection, this soft nectar offers a small charming bubbly show. The
disk is very persistent with a soft and creamy cordon.
Nose: The nose
releases a very delicate aromatic expression with notes of brandied cherry and
pear William, a touch of spices which expresses itself by the green pepper, and
a light note of undergrowth. It express also a very beautiful aromatic
freshness with of soft fresh fruit.
Palate: In mouth, the delicacy of
the bubbles caresses the palate in an explosion of flavours strengthened by a
beautiful acidity bringing a delicious freshness which stresses the gustative
pleasure. The aromas reveals white fruits, pear, cherry plum and the slightly
sweetened apple there, followed by french brioche and hint of butter.
Perfectly long and elegant, the finish will be kept in memory by all
the finest and delicate champagne lovers.

including the cost of delivery. Delivery is from only 2.72 euro per bottle when
purchasing 36 bottles. Our minimum order is now just 1 bottle (some special
offers require a minimum quantity) although you'll find it better value to
order more than one as the shipping cost for a case or for the 2nd and
subsequent cases becomes less expensive pro-rata the more you order. All stock
