19th century in Rilly-la-Montagne on the Mountain of Reims.
Of interest: Fourth generation wine producer
Olivier Paulet is producing these excellent Champagnes with emphasis on the
quality rather than the quantity. Production is around 2000 bottles per year.
94% of champagnes from Rilly-La-Montagne are Premier Cru. 50% of the grapes
grown in his vineyards are sold to Billecart-Salmon.

as, if not cheaper than if you purchased directly from the producer even when
including the cost of delivery. Delivery is from only 2.72 euro per bottle when
purchasing 36 bottles. Our minimum order is now just 1 bottle (some special
offers require a minimum quantity) although you'll find it better value to
order more than one as the shipping cost for a case or for the 2nd and
subsequent cases becomes less expensive pro-rata the more you order. All stock
