Area of production: Champagne Moutardier is a family concern
intimately attached to their village called Le Breuil, situated just 20
kilometers south-west of Epernay.
Nestling in the heart of the Surmelin
Valley, the district is traditionnally renowned for the quality of the Meunier
grape, indigenous to the region of « La Vallée de la Marne
».

Tasting notes:Visual appreciation: lively, pale yellow with a
hint of gold, pierced by thousands of scintillating bubbles
Nose:
yellow, fleshy, fruit (peach, mirabelle), ripe white fruit (apples, white
grapes), a hint of liqourice suggests a tender wine, consistent and pleasantly
fresh.
Tasting: confirmation of 1st impressions. Round and persistent,
lively and subtle. Perfect harmony between sweetness and
acidity.
