Area of production: Champagne Moutardier is a
family concern intimately attached to their village called Le Breuil, situated
just 20 kilometers south-west of Epernay.
Nestling in the heart of the
Surmelin Valley, the district is traditionnally renowned for the quality of the
Meunier grape, indigenous to the region of « La Vallée de la Marne
».

Tasting notes: Visuel
appreciation: A pale yellow champagne with occasional greeny highlights
producing a fine ring of scintillating bubbles.
Nose : A suggestion of
grilled coffee beans and hazelnuts, with overtones of honey and caramel, not
ignoring a hint minerality and silex
Tasting : An elegant freshness
determined by its natural acidity. Direct and smooth with a perfectly
integrated dosage with a rich winey finish.
