famous house of Madame Lily Bollinger produces a mighty, full-bodied Champagne
of great class. Delightfully pale gold in colour, the mousse is light and
persistent. Densely packed apple and pear fruits give way to a noticeably

Tasting notes: The
Brut Selection has a ripe, promising nose. On the palate it is light with hints
of fruit and just a slight biscuity tinge on the finish.
